Psalm 127

unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it; unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman stays awake in vain. it is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows; for so He gives His beloved sleep.
psalm 127:1-2

the beauty of serving our LORD is the simplicity. we are created by Him designed for fellowship with Him, we are drawn to Him by His goodness, we are saved by His grace, granted faith by His power, sanctified and transformed by His power and grace and made fruitful by Him. God does everything, our only responsibility and i do mean our only responsibility is to love Him and be obedient. its so beautifully simple, yet unfathomably deep and marvelously wide. we are like the most sophisticated and elaborate encryption and our Lord is not only able to decode us, He is the key that makes sense out of it all. He makes us useful and beautiful and worthy of saving.
