TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design), if it is not familiar to you, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reshaping the world through sharing ideas.

Recordings of many TED talks are available online at the TED website and through iTunes, I energetically encourage you to check a few out. Be careful though, it can be addictive.
